The lotus are white and pink with a bit sweet smell and they are offered to Buddha, they are special flowers because all the people cut them to give Buddha for Buddha day essentially. In fact, the people plant lotus trees to make the water clearly for usage and they get benefit from them such as they sell the flowers, lotus seeds, root of lotus. The lotus' leave is very sake to use for packing food, and cake that it is very good way to keep sustainability and responsibility of environment.
